I forgot my password

Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to get a reset link sent to your email. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you don't have a password — just log in with the same button.

The gems I bought didn't show up in my account

Store payments sometimes take a few minutes. If your gems still aren't showing:

• Fully close the app and open it again.
• Tap the Restore Purchases button on the Store page.
• If the problem continues, write to us with a screenshot of your receipt — we'll fix your balance manually.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Ticaretio Pro subscriptions are managed through the app store, so we can't cancel them for you:

• iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → Ticaretio
• Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you cancel, you keep your Pro perks until the end of the current period.

I want to delete my account

You can delete your account yourself in the game via Profile → Delete My Account. Deletion can't be undone: your shops, facilities, messages and balance are permanently removed. If you can't get into the app, write to us and we'll verify your identity and process the deletion request for you.

The game won't open or is very slow

• Check your internet connection.
• Fully close the app from the app switcher and open it again.
• Make sure the app is up to date.
• If the problem continues, let us know and include your device model and OS version.

I want to report a player

Tap the flag icon in chat or private messages to report a player, and you can block them from the same screen. Players you block can't message you or send you friend requests.

Does the game cost money?

Ticaretio is free, and you can play the whole game without spending money. If you like, you can buy gems or subscribe to Ticaretio Pro.
